Connect the call tracking source your team already uses, run a test, and sync recent calls into Call Census for review.

CallRail
Use a CallRail API key. Account ID and company ID are optional when you need to narrow the sync.
WhatConverts
Use a WhatConverts token and secret. Profile ID is optional for teams with multiple profiles.
CallTrackingMetrics
Use a CTM access key, secret, and account ID to sync calls from the right CTM account.
How setup works
- Open Integrations in Call Census.
- Select the account or location that should receive the calls.
- Choose the source you want to connect.
- Paste the required credentials for that source.
- Test the connection.
- Run the first sync and confirm the calls appear on the Calls page.
Sample calls
Sample data is available when you want to explore the review workflow before connecting a live source. It does not require provider credentials and should not be treated as a production integration.
