Call source integrations

Connect the call tracking source your team already uses, run a test, and sync recent calls into Call Census for review.

Supported sources

How setup works

  1. Open Integrations in Call Census.
  2. Select the account or location that should receive the calls.
  3. Choose the source you want to connect.
  4. Paste the required credentials for that source.
  5. Test the connection.
  6. Run the first sync and confirm the calls appear on the Calls page.

Sample calls

Sample data is available when you want to explore the review workflow before connecting a live source. It does not require provider credentials and should not be treated as a production integration.
