Connect WhatConverts

Use the WhatConverts integration when your team tracks incoming call leads and wants them reviewed in Call Census.

What you need

  • Token. Required. Copy the token from your WhatConverts API settings.
  • Secret. Required. Use the API secret paired with the token.
  • Profile ID. Optional. Add this when you want to limit imports to one WhatConverts profile.

Connect WhatConverts

  1. Open Integrations in Call Census.
  2. Select the account or location that should receive the WhatConverts calls.
  3. Choose WhatConverts.
  4. Paste the token and secret.
  5. Add a profile ID if your account has multiple profiles and you only want one of them.
  6. Click Test connection.
  7. When the test passes, run a sync and open the Calls page to confirm new calls are available.

If the connection fails

  • Confirm the token and secret belong to the same WhatConverts account.
  • Check for copied spaces at the beginning or end of either credential.
  • If calls are missing, confirm the profile ID matches the profile where those calls live.
