Accounts and billing

Call Census is organized around accounts and locations. Plans control the feature bundle available to an organization; usage figures are shown separately for operational visibility.

Accounts and locations

An account is the top-level workspace for a business, client, or operating group. Locations sit under an account and can represent branches, offices, service areas, or client sub-accounts. Reviewers can switch between all locations or a specific location depending on their access.

Business profile

The business profile stores context such as website, industry, service area, common lead signals, and common exclusions. This helps the team apply review standards consistently as the account grows.

Plans and usage

The Billing page shows the current Clerk plan, subscription status, included features, and current-period usage. It does not present unenforced usage allowances. Checkout and subscription management appear there when Clerk Billing is available for the organization.

Need the right plan?

Choose the feature bundle that matches your workflow. Current plan details come from Clerk Billing and may be changed later from the app.
