Accounts and billing

Call Census is organized around accounts and locations. Plans control usage, available integrations, team access, review features, and export workflows.

Accounts and locations

An account is the top-level workspace for a business, client, or operating group. Locations sit under an account and can represent branches, offices, service areas, or client sub-accounts. Reviewers can switch between all locations or a specific location depending on their access.

Business profile

The business profile stores context such as website, industry, service area, common lead signals, and common exclusions. This helps the team apply review standards consistently as the account grows.

Plans and usage

The Billing page shows the current plan, subscription status, plan limits, and usage for the billing period. If checkout or plan management is available for your account, those actions appear there.
