Terms and Conditions

Last updated: July 19, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Call Census websites, applications, and services. By using Call Census, you agree to these terms and to any applicable order, plan, or product terms presented in the application.

2. Accounts and authorized use

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting login credentials, and ensuring that users you invite are authorized to access account data. You may not use Call Census for unlawful activity, unauthorized monitoring, or activity that violates third-party rights.

3. Customer data

Customer data may include call metadata, recordings, transcripts, review labels, account information, and integration data that you provide or authorize Call Census to process. You remain responsible for having the rights, notices, and permissions needed to upload, sync, review, and use that data.

4. Plans, billing, and changes

Current free and paid plans are displayed in the Call Census billing catalog. Plan names, prices, included features, availability, and billing terms may change as the product evolves. The terms shown when you subscribe through Clerk Billing govern that subscription.

5. Integrations and third-party services

Call Census may connect with call tracking providers, ad platforms, CRM tools, communication systems, and other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms, and Call Census is not responsible for third-party availability, data handling, or changes.

For Google Ads integrations, you are responsible for creating, selecting, and configuring the conversion action and for decisions about conversion goals, Primary or Secondary status, counting, attribution, values, lookback windows, campaign bidding, and budgets. You must confirm that approved reviewed-conversion events are not being uploaded twice by Call Census and another system. Call Census reads authorized configuration, validates the selected action, uploads events you enable, checks their processing, and corrects only supported events that Call Census previously delivered. Call Census does not change your Google Ads configuration.

6. Product availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the product when needed for security, maintenance, legal, or product reasons.

7. No guaranteed business outcome

Call Census helps teams review calls and manage conversion data. We do not guarantee advertising performance, revenue increases, customer acquisition results, or platform optimization outcomes.

Readiness messages, duplicate-conversion warnings, and setup recommendations are informational. You remain responsible for reviewing their effect on reporting and automated bidding and for making any changes directly in Google Ads.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Call Census will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.

9. Updates to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the website, product, or account communication channels.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through the support page or through the in-app support workflow.
