Outcomes and exports
Every usable call is analysed, and successful analyses appear in the account's raw usage history. Reviewers make one decision, then may add an outcome detail and optional reporting tags.
Decisions and outcome details
| Decision | Outcome details | Delivery |
|---|---|---|
| Count as conversion | Qualified lead, appointment booked, quote requested, sale or upgrade | Converting; eligible for an enabled export mapping. |
| Don’t count | Existing-customer call, not a lead, missed or unanswered, spam or wrong number | Reporting-only; not exported as a conversion. |
| Decide later | No final detail required yet | Remains Needs review and is not exported. |
Human and automatic decisions
Human confirmation is the default. Account administrators can optionally finalise recommendations automatically above a confidence threshold, initially 90%. Lower-confidence calls stay in the review queue, and automated decisions remain visibly attributed to automation.
When to enable exports
Turn on exports after your team trusts the review standard. If every reviewer agrees on what should count, exported conversion data is more likely to improve advertising, CRM follow-up, and operational reporting.
Common export destinations
- Google Ads through one enabled Upload Clicks action. Only GCLID, GBRAID, or WBRAID attribution is eligible; unmatched calls and Braid calls paired with an incompatible one-per-click action stay in diagnostics.
- CRM systems for sales and follow-up context.
- Slack or internal alerts for important reviewed calls.
- Webhooks or API workflows for custom reporting and automation.
