Outcomes and exports

Call Census separates raw call volume from the outcomes your team actually wants to use. Reviewed calls can become cleaner conversion data for reporting, follow-up, and downstream systems.

Outcome decisions

Decision Use it when Examples
Conversion The call created a real business opportunity. Booked appointment, qualified lead, quote requested.
Not conversion The call should not count as useful demand. Wrong number, vendor, spam, out of service area.
Needs review The evidence is unclear or another reviewer should decide. Unclear transcript, missing recording, unusual request.

When to enable exports

Turn on exports after your team trusts the review standard. If every reviewer agrees on what should count, exported conversion data is more likely to improve advertising, CRM follow-up, and operational reporting.

  • Google Ads for offline conversion feedback.
  • CRM systems for sales and follow-up context.
  • Slack or internal alerts for important reviewed calls.
  • Webhooks or API workflows for custom reporting and automation.
