Connect CallTrackingMetrics

Use the CallTrackingMetrics integration when CTM is already collecting the calls your team needs to review.

What you need

  • Access key. Required. Copy this from your CTM account settings.
  • Secret. Required. Use the CTM API secret paired with the access key.
  • Account ID. Required. This tells Call Census which CTM account to sync.

Connect CallTrackingMetrics

  1. Open Integrations in Call Census.
  2. Select the account or location that should receive the CTM calls.
  3. Choose CallTrackingMetrics.
  4. Paste the access key, secret, and account ID.
  5. Click Test connection.
  6. When the test passes, run a sync and open the Calls page to confirm new calls are available.

If the connection fails

  • Confirm the access key and secret are active and belong to the same CTM account.
  • Check that the account ID is the CTM account you want Call Census to sync.
  • If the test passes but calls are missing, check the date range and whether the calls are available in CTM.
