Connect CallTrackingMetrics
Use the CallTrackingMetrics integration when CTM is already collecting the calls your team needs to review.
What you need
- Access key. Required. Copy this from your CTM account settings.
- Secret. Required. Use the CTM API secret paired with the access key.
- Account ID. Required. This tells Call Census which CTM account to sync.
Connect CallTrackingMetrics
- Open Integrations in Call Census.
- Select the account or location that should receive the CTM calls.
- Choose CallTrackingMetrics.
- Paste the access key, secret, and account ID.
- Click Test connection.
- When the test passes, run a sync and open the Calls page to confirm new calls are available.
If the connection fails
- Confirm the access key and secret are active and belong to the same CTM account.
- Check that the account ID is the CTM account you want Call Census to sync.
- If the test passes but calls are missing, check the date range and whether the calls are available in CTM.
